Why Las Vegas Residents should ignore Las Vegas Review Journal Endorsements

Las Vegas Review Journal Endorsements

This article addresses why political and judicial endorsements from the Las Vegas Review Journal should be viewed with skepticism, suspicion, and even rejection.

The Las Vegas Review Journal has a history of suspicion, doubt, profit-driven paywall features, and questionable integrity. For the reasons cited in this article, we urge Las Vegas Valley voters to ignore the monopoly power of the Las Vegas Review Journal, and to consider all judicial and political endorsements by the Las Vegas Review Journal as essentially worthless.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal is a daily newspaper published in Las Vegas, Nevada, since 1909. It is the largest circulating daily newspaper in Nevada and one of two daily newspapers in the Las Vegas area.

The other daily major newspaper in Las Vegas is the Las Vegas Sun. It had been a daily afternoon publication. However, due to the unchecked monopoly power that the Las Vegas Review-Journal has had over the Las Vegas area, and other small publications, the Las Vegas Sun ceased afternoon publication in 2005 due to its inability to compete.

Monopoly Power is Inherently Untrustworthy: Marketshare of Las Vegas Review Journal

Sunny Bailey for Judge? Judicial Candidate Sunny Bailey

In exchange for its complete and total surrender, owners of the Las Vegas Sun were thrown crumbs. They were offered the embarassing option of having its paper buried in a small section of the Las Vegas Review Journal. Like hungry dogs, the Las Vegas Sun owners accepted.

Since folding the indepedence of the Las Vegas Sun, the media coverage of significant events in Las Vegas has been stunted and partial.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal has since launced other publications to cement its hold over the Las Vegas market.

The Las Vegas Review Journal has launched these suspicious publications as well:
El Tiempo – a free weekly Spanish language paper distributed around the Las Vegas area; Neon – a weekend publication distributed through the Review-Journal that covers music, movies, arts and dining; Luxury Las Vegas – a monthly high-end lifestyle magazine established in 2003 focusing on fashion; and publications reaching Boulder City, Pahrump, and Tonopah.

There appears to be an implicit agreement by the Las Vegas Review Journal not to encroach upon Reno, Nevada, and its surrounding cities.

Las Vegas Review Journal Ties to Casino Mogul Sheldon Adelson and Affects on Education

On Jan. 2, 2016, New York Times reporters Ravi Somaiya, Ian Lovett and Barry Meier, wrote that two days after Sheldon Adelson’s lawyers lost in their attempts to have a Nevada judge removed from a contentious lawsuit that threatened his gambling empire, a call went out to the publisher of the Las Vegas Review Journal.

Las Vegas Review Journal journalists were summoned to a meeting with the publisher and the general counsel and told they must monitor the courtroom actions of the judge in the Sheldon Adelson case, as well as other judges that may have an adverse impact on his sin business.

When the journalists protested, The New York Times reported that Las Vegas Review Journal reporters were told that "it was an instruction from above and that there was no choice in the matter. "

Unknown to the protesting Las Vegas Review Journal reporters, Sheldon Adelson had already began in December 2015 to purchase the Las Vegas Review Journal while his court cases were still active.

Mr. Sheldon Adelson purchased the Las Vegas Review Journal newspaper for $140 million. Just nine months earlier, the same paper was purchased for significanrlt less by New Media Investment Group.

In the final tally, Sheldon Adelson purchased the Las Vegas Review Journal newspaper for an amazing 69% gain for New Media Investment Group after owning the newspaper for less than a year.

Mr. Adelson is a billionaire for many reasons. He wants things done his way, or you can hit the highway. He wants his opinions. He wants stories. He wants his leaders positively portrayed. He is a supporter of Donald Trump.

To ensure things get done and published his way, he has demonstrated that he is prepared to spend money. Lots of it.

Money buys prostitutes, women, puppets, pigeons, dogs, cats, and even newspapers. Is that a fair statement?

Despite the low I.Q. level of the typical Las Vegas Review Journal reporters, Mr. Adelson still proceeded to spend a lavish $140 million for an inferior newspaper.

Gambling takes advantage of the poor, the desperate, and produces nothing of concrete value, except for the owners and the few lucky winners.

Critics of gambling argue it leads to increased political corruption, compulsive gambling, and higher crime rates.

Nevada and Louisiana are the only two states in which casino-style gambling is legal statewide.

Guess which two states are ranked last in Education ranking, last in math test scores, last in ACT scores, and last in knowledge of fundamental Chemistry, Physics, and Trigonometry. Case proved!

Las Vegas Review Journal Refusal to Publish Facts Adverse to Sunny Bailey and Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada

Family Court Dept. I Sunny Bailey

Both Sunny Bailey and the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada receives nothing but positive coverage from the Las Vegas Review Journal.

Unlike New York Attorney General Letitia James, whose publicly stated mission is to "Shut Down the National Rifle Association", the mission of the Las Vegas Review Journal is apparently not to step on anyone's toes. The Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada smells like fraud, looks like fraud, and acts like fraud. Ask the black and minority children who were DEPRIVED of child support by this gutter racist organization.

What role did Sunny Bailey play?? Insteead of recusing herself from cases involving her former employer, and friend Terry Bratton, and the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, crooked Sunny Bailey demanded and pleaded to have the opportunity to help her former employer and Mr. Bratton.

Look at all the supporters of Sunny Bailey??? One can expect similar conduct on the bench.

Learning Curve of Systemic Racism, and Judicial Corruption

It takes from 50 to 82 years for the average conservative American to grasp and undertand the foolhardy nature of their actions. In fact, Sunny Bailey is counting on these type of politically conservative persons to support her.

The corrupt Las Vegas Review Journal writers have ignored advrse facts about Sunny Bailey because she is the one Asian candidate that will help maintain systemic judicial fraud and corruption. Sunny Bailey is a dirty liar, and a con-artist.

It has taken some Americans more than 70 yeas to acknowledge the injustices that led up to George Floyd protests. Their cities wracked up billions of dollars in damages from the protests before the message became a litter clear. Karma affects these Americans more than Black Americans, and minorities.

Sunny Bailey will only showcase the corrupt, fraud, and systemic dicrmination that is woven into the Eighth Judicial District, and the Nevada Family Court system.

Sunny Bailey former Employer: the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada

The Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada has an uncontested, no-compete, contract with the Eighth Judicial District, and the Clark County Family Court system.

Like the National Rifle Association, the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is a domestic non-profit 501(3)(c) organization. However, there are legitimate questions as to whether or not the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is in fact a hate organization that espouses anti-semitism, racial hatred towards blacks, and is against interracial dating by independent American white men and women.

Las Vegas Lawyer Ebru Cetin (a pro-bono attorney for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada) was caught posting racial slurs, racial taunts, referring to blacks with the N-word, and engaging in cyber-bullying conduct against minority families based upon race. Barbara Buckley and Terry Bratton of the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada have refused to terminate her employment.

This viewpoint is based upon the fact that Las Vegas Lawyer Ebru Cetin (a pro-bono attorney for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada) was caught posting racial slurs, racial taunts, referring to blacks with the N-word, and engaging in cyber-bullying conduct against minority families based upon race.

April Green, the supervisor of Ebru Cetin, has defended the actions and conduct of Ebru Cetin. Terry Bratton, a close friend of Sunny Bailey, has also defended her actions. Barbara Buckley has also refused to denounce Ebru Cetin; a self-loathing and miserable person born in Turkey.

Tax Fraud by Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada? M.I.A. Las Vegas Review Journal!

Sunny Bailey for Nevada judge

Judicial candidate Sunny Bailey has been endorsed by the Las Vegas Review Journal. Las Vegas Review Journal reporters Todd Dewey, Christopher Lawrence, Mike Weatherford, Shea Johnson, are apparently too inccompetent to tie Sunny Bailey with engaging in judicial misconduct with regards to her former employer, Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, and helping Ebru Cetin conceal her intense racial hatred of African-Americans.

Sunny Bailey is one of a series of judicial con-artiests endorsed by retarted reporters working for the Las Vegas Review Journal.

The facts about Ebru Cetin were judicially acknowledged by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, their lawyers, and its leader Terry Bratton in a Nevada Court. The I.P. address used by Ebru Cetin was tied to the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada after a subpoena was issued by the Clerk of the Court to internet rervice provider Century Link, LLC.

However, despite clear evidence of the intense racial hatred felt by Ebru Cetin towards minorites, African-Americans, and her intense dislike of American whites dating or marrying non-whites, both the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, and their leader Barbara Buckley have continued to approve of the continued employment of Ebru Cetin with the the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.

To prevent inquiries on this matter by the general public via their social media channels, users are blocked from making additional inquries about the conduct and employment of Ebru Cetin.

It is fair inference, therefore, that the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and their pro-bono lawyers are part of a Neo-Nazi hate ring that is misuing their federal tax-exempt status to raise funds for hate activities, or at least thw actitivies that Ebru Cetin engaged in.

The Las Vegas Review Journal apparently has never sought to clarify whether or not the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada deliberately directed, counseled, or instructed their pro-bono lawyers to retaliate against the victorious parties by using techniques or tactics employed by dirty lawyer Ebru Cetin, or whether or not the conduct charged against Ebru Cetin is a daily routine of harassing minority families, and using the judicial system to deny child support to African-American children.

Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada lawyer Ebru Cetin anonymously posted content traced to an I.P. address linked to Southern

The conduct of the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is not consistent with the statements filed by this organization in seeking federal tax-exemot status.

Why Political and Judicial Endorsements by Casino-Owned Las Vegas Review Journal Are Worthless

As a general rule, any judicial or political endorsements from the Las Vegas Review Journal newspaper are generally worthless. Why? What is the basis of this statement of opinion?

Las Vegas Review Journal ownership by a casino operator is readily apparent. The Las Vegas Review Journal refuses to cover stories of police brutality occuring in Las Vegas; refuses to cover stories of casino corruption; refuses to publish stories of judicial corruption; refuses to research common facts between Nevada and Louisiana that tie both states as last in education; refuses to cover stories tying the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada to racial hatred, racial online taunts, and other Neo-Nazi activities.

What good is the Las Vegas Review Journal other than to serve as a puppet and mouthpieces of its casino owners?

Unless there is a compelling reason, no one spends $140 million AND is willing to purchase an asset at a 69% premium from a previous owner who held the same asset just 9 months earlier.

"I find it hard to believe that he would have so dramatically overpaid for that paper without having some agenda in mind," said Jon Ralston, a columnist and the host of Ralston Live, a political television show in Las Vegas.

The political and judicial endorsements by the Las Vegas Review Journal should be viewed with suspicion. It appears that the the Las Vegas Review Journal endorsements are designed to help certain candidates, and apparently help certain business owners, certain casinos, certain gambling entities, and police unions.

Given the facts cited by the New York Times and others, the Las Vegas Review Journal is simply a suspicious newspaper.

Failure to Accurately Investigate Major Las Vegas Events

Nevada Career Institute Reviews

On the night of October 1, 2017, Stephen Paddock, a 64-year-old gentleman from Mesquite, Nevada, allegedly opened fire upon a a crowd attending the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada.

To this day, the Las Vegas Review Journal has failed to uncover plain and simple facts related to why Mr. Stephen Paddock decided to misbehave on that date. The incompetent and soul-less reporters of the Las Vegas Review Journal have no clue what happended. Hint: Karma!

From May 2019 until December of 2020, the Coroanavirus was being exported from China to Las Vegas, NV, and all across the United States.

Las Vegas Casinos rely upon more 88% of their manufactured imports from China. There was no investigative reporting by the Las Vegas Review Journal as to what products, and goods, were susceptible to have been deliberately tainted with the Coronavirus.

The Las Vegas Review Journal typically fails to investigate accusations of racial bias, police abuse, or colleges/universities suspected of abuse, or report upon for-profit colleges targeting minorities.

When the George Floyd protests hit the streets of Las Vegas, there was no proper context reporting by the Las Vegas Review Journal.

Therefore, the Racism Tax (i.e., BLM protests, mass unveiling of racism, etc.), will continue to be an appropriate tool by the affected minority communities.

Conclusion: Reject the Worthless Political and Judicial Endorsements by Las Vegas Review Journal

Ari Shapiro of the National Public Radio reported on February 6, 2018, that in 1998, the Las Vegas Review-Journal abruptly killed a story about sexual misconduct at the properties of casino mogul Steve Wynn.

Women alleged that Steve Wynn was a dirty rapist who forced them into immoral acts despite their displeasure with his looks and his smell.

Given the facts of judicial corruption and privilege, he was never formally inteviewed by a single employee of the Las Vegas Police Department.

The same newspaper and its partner media publications railed against the first N.B.A. All-Star game held in Las Vegas, NV, in 2007.

Las Vegas reporter Joe Schoenmann, wrote on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2007, "Las Vegas was edgy and uncomfortable for last weekend's NBA All-Star Game, a weekend in which a confluence of events drew one of the largest number of out-of-towners ever to the city for a single weekend."

The Las Vegas Reporter continues: "The subtext in all of this - generally spoken in code - is that many of the visitors were black.". He continues to write a fairly balanced article that called out why the Las Vegas Review Journal wrote in s different tone towards events that attracted different types of persons who were not persons of color.

The entire employee roster of the Las Vegas Review Journal screams systemic racism; lowly educated Americans with a few sprinkles of minority dust (RENEE SUMMEROUR, RYAN SMITH, etc. )

Despite its refusal or negligence in hiring competent, well-educated, and articulate African-American men, the same newspaper seeks to publish, and broadcast judicial endorsements that affect minority communities.

The political and judicial endorsements recommended by the Las Vegas Review-Journal do not represent the best interests of the city of Las Vegas. They represent the best interests of corrupt persons loyal to other corrupt persons; they favor puppets, corrupt judges, and judicial prostitutes who will lie, cheat, and steal inorder to uphold systemic racism.

Is there any reason why no one understands the Karma that has since affected Las Vegas, NV??

These are some of the many reasons why residents of Las Vegas should ignore all judicial and political endorsements by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

One may consider all endorsements by the Las Vegas Review Journal and its corrupt reporters as Worthless!
