The Lyft/Uber Rating System is Flawed because it does not account for rider racism, sexism, or petty jealousy issues. A better system is to rate a driver based upon my Rideshare Tips.

The Uber/Lyft Rating system encourages favoritism vs. quality.

I agree. The rating system on Lyft is terrible. Lyft will allow any stupid remark to be made on the app. Too many riders are are just angry rejects.

I agree. Lyft uses a really a bad system. One time I picked up an idiot Manager of Hakkason Nightclub. And that pervert wanted me to take him to some weird location. He gave me 1 one-star because I refused to allow this weirdo to sit my front seat.

Lyft and Uber recently started to revise their Ratings system but it is too late. Too many good drivers have left.

I agree. Uber and Lyft drivers can be really rude.
